Nurse Practitioner Donna Cyrus, MSN, AGNP who Provides Care for the Virginia Area

Donna initially graduated with an Associate’s degree in nursing from Piedmont Virginia Community College and began working in the Coronary Care Unit at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.  While working at UVA, she discovered a joy for teaching decided to further her education, eventually receiving her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the Old Dominion University. She spent several years teaching nurses in both formal and informal settings, including skilled nursing/long term care.   Her thirst for knowledge combined with love for geriatrics led her to enroll in the Master of Science in Nursing, Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner path. She is an Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner- Board Certified and is co-owner of Reverent Medical Group. She is also wound and dementia certified.
